Default vx wheels on 91 crx si

my friend has a 91 crx si with 15" wheels, but the tire tread was too low to pass inspection. We threw some VX wheels, 13" i believe, and whenever he drived the car theres an ungodly noise like somethin rubbin,scrapin.....anybody have any idea why this is happening?

i think it's the disk brakes si came with 14 inch rims to compensate for the rotors or disk so put some 14 inch rims on an you should be fine ... because 13 are to small

the problem i believe is from the rear disk brakes. I heard that anything smaller than 14" is a no go with them

I have vx rims on my 90 si hatch for about 1 1/2 now and I have no problems. Is your crx drop? Everything clears with the vx rims nothing should be rubbing unless your car is slamed to the ground.
