racing good question
yo i heard fro hatches there a technique thats like heel toe but it consist of hitting the gas and the break its used in circuit racing n e one knows the name of the technique or know where i can find info on it?
You're probably thinking about "left foot braking." It's described in some of those books mentioned above or do a search on the 'net. Be warned that this is NOT a technique to be learned on public roads. You have to truly be at the limit for it to work, there is no room for error, and the crash is going to be really ugly.

You can learn to left foot brake on the street just while in a straight line to increase sensitivity.
Just don't try it with anybody behind you unless you want to get rear ended. Everybody I've ever talked to including myself has mashed the brake way harder than intended the first time since you’re used to the more on/off motion of a clutch.
I read on here that some famous racer suggested even using your left foot for throttle around the streets just to increase left foot sensitivity.
