Fiction!!
First of all JDM ITRs never put out 210hp...even a tuned one won't unless you change the a whole bunch of other stuff.
Second, 9600rpms??? C'mon...you are not gonna make power at 9600!! You're just gonna cause more wear and tear revving that high
I would never put this on a GSR unless the engine has been modified; the timing and fuel are quite different especially between JDM type R and USDM GSR...
this is all bs dude!

even if that integra type r puts out 210hp.. doesn't mean your car will.. every car is different.. and best results are accomplished with custom map to fit your setup..

Is that the picture of the ECU itself? that dosent look like it would plug directly into a 2000-2001 USDM ITR, I think that ecu uses the first 3 plug locations going from left to right. somebody please correct me if im wrong.
the day anyone starts belivin what they read on ebay is the day you've join the darkside (RICE!) this reminds of the time some guy told me he knew the people down at a tanabe warehouse and they gave him a muffler before they stamped the exhaust with there logo, and tried to sell it to me for $200
i was also under the impression obd2 ecu's cant be modified

even so, the 1998 JDM R NEVER got 210hp !!....EVER!...not at the flywheel not at the wheels! Someone should write the seller and put him in his place for false advertising...

N who wishes that his car could make 210hp from an ECU. Hell I wish it could be invisible to radar and cops and silently seduce women, but the liklihood of all that is about as good as that ecu making 210 at 9600.
