Default Aftermarket motor mounts

I 'd like to get some stiffer motor mounts for my 99 base model prelude. Any of you have any reccomendations on which to get, and which application; does anyone even make solid mounts for the preludes? This car is a 60% / 40% track street car, so they don't have to be butter smooth, as long as the stiffness pays obvious dividends with reduced flex.

thanks.

I dont think any company makes a full replacement mount for our cars. But they do have bushing inserts for the mounts made my energy suspension. They help a little and made the ride a bit more shaky inside.

Place Racing makes mounts for the 4th gen prelude, they may also have something for the 5th gen. They may be the same, I don't know. I have them in my car though.

I'm running the motor mount inserts that I got from KSM for $30. The vibrations are not bad at all.

But what did the car feel like under acceleration AFTER install? And what do you mean "the vibrations are not bad at all"? Details please, and which inserts, exactly, are offered? Just the front and tranny mount?

When you put in motor mount inserts it gives you a little more torque because when you hit the gas instead of the engine jumping back from the torque it stays still which in turn makes your car shake instead of the engine that is what people mean when they say vibrations. I have the energy suspension inserts which are made for the 4th gen but will fit a 5th gen. They are the front and rear torque positions. I have seen a solid mount for the rear torque position before but it was like $150 and the inserts are like $35 so I would go for the inserts.

Who'd you get the solid rear from? And are 4th gen mounts/inserts interchangable w/ 5th gen, always?
