has anyone had any problems with getting a niose from an short shifter

What noise do you hear? I had a noise in mine but it was because the linckage was being hit by the muffler after I installed my skunk2 short shifter. I correct it easily by putting in longer rubber mounts on the mid section of the muffler. Hope this helps.
