Default best intake to use

right now i have a 2.5" cai that i was using on my f22. is it ok to stay with that or should i switch to a 3" cai or shortram? also, will the prelude intakes' bends fit the 91 accord engine bay or should i stick with the accord intakes?

i heard coldair was better but that it actually stops making power past a certain rpm. not sure where i heard that... is there any truth to it?
