97 JDM ITR are the tail lights the same as USDM??

I have a chance to buy a set and was wondering if they are any diferent then the 97 USDM lights??...

PICs mayeb anc compare??

They look the same except there is no rear sidemarker.

I was told that there is somethin abnout amber / red diferences.......
