Default My car is really hesitant (90 DX HATCH)

hey I'm really having a serious problem, this just started today - I made no changes to the car...

here's the problem, I start the car and it turns over faster than the car can crank... so it makes like a really weird noise, it takes me a couple tries to start it up usually? - possible starter? possible diz cap? timing related?

I would think it's also related to this problem since they both went hand in hand, at low RPM's my car almost dies and pulses hard to get going - after about 1700 RPM's it rides fine, but 800-1600 are rough even sitting at lights are really rough

Any ideas would be great, it dropped the power of my motor down that I already don't have

Check the cam timing, I had a bad hesitation/bucking and sometimes the engine would die when my belt jumped a tooth on my dx. It ran fine in upper rpms but in the lower rpms it = ****.
