is 12:5 c/r too high to be runnin on 93 octane?what s the best c/r to run to do all-motor street legal? is umm apex'i a/f controller, chipped ecu raised rev limit to 8400, upgraded whole ignition to msd, tenabe cat-back, and aem cai....good to start off for all-motor????let me know what you guys think about it aight ...:::Ne:::....

Raising the rev limit on a basically stock motor isn't going to do much for you other than bend a rod.
Does TN actually have smog refs? If not why are you worrying about being street legal?
