Hey everyone....

Im back with the same problem...My o2 sensors are messing up again. I get code 41 which is primary o2 sensor heat malfuction. I cant seem to get any type of voltage out of the sensor and I just dropped another 120 on a new sensor and I cant get a voltage reading out of that either....Would a o2 simulator work better for me. I have a ULEVTECH engine....Mods are 4-1 headers hi flow cat and magnaflow dual exhaust.


Also can some one give me an explonation on how the o2 sensors are supposed to be installed on the headers. Again I purchased aftermarket headers which only had 1 bung on it which was on the flex pipe maybe 5 inches before the cat.. I then had a 2nd bung drilled and taped at the top of the manifold. But I dont understand how this works and Im spending too much money trying to fix it.
