well..i would rather DeckPlate is B16 block then a B18A/B block IF i were changing the Crank as well..because then you wouldnt have to worry about an oil line for the head (sorry Tech43, your lines are the best but i rather not deal with any lines at all

I'd rather deckplate a b16 then a b18 block as well. Golden eagle will give you a 1" deckplate instead of a 5/8", so that your motor will have the same deckhieght as a deckplated b18a...
or you can get a b18a block and run a b16 sized deckplate! If i want that, I have one for sale!
