Default Any year to year differences in OEM GSR intake?

I was wondering if anyone knows if they ever changed part numbers or anything functional on the intake system (snorkel to throttle body, including resonator, airbox, etc.) between the various years of the 3rd gen GSR ('94-'01). I'm trying to find a complete stock intake for a friend with a '98 and just want to be sure I'm getting the right parts.

Also, if anyone can describe the components of the intake in sequence from the snorkel up to the T/B, that would be really helpful to make sure I can get everything I need. My friend recently bought the car used with an AEM CAI, and would like to switch back to stock just to keep things quiet

I tried looking at a friend's '98 GSR, but it's really hard to see the part from the airbox down, it looks like it disappears and I'm assuming that the resonator box is mounted down there somewhere, right?

Thanks in advance for any advice,
Peter
