B series?
Anyone ever put a B series into a 4th gen (I think?) Accord. I have a 1991 Ex on its second engine and this one doesn't look like its got too much time left. The automatic transmission is just about dead and theres a ton of coolant and oil leaking out the back of the block. It looks funny as hell but its probably not good. I've seen tons of H22 swaps, but I was thinking of keeping it simple (and cheap) and building up a F22.

if you were going to keep it simple and take the cheapest route, building the f-series or swapping in a b-series wouldnt be what you would do. i'm not saying the f22a isn't a good platform to build on, i'd love to build one up, but cost wise, it wouldnt be YOUR best option (if you're thinking of keeping it cheap/simple)
to gain more reliable power, the h22 swap would be the answer. swapping a b-series into an accord past 1990 is pretty pointless, they lack the torque that a heavier "family" car needs to push it. the h22 has the torque you need. i would say that if you want to keep it simple and cheap your options should be:
1) just swap in a different f22a
2) or swap the h22.

or split the difference and swap an H23 from a 4th gen prelude. it's stronger than an f series, but cheaper than the H22 (providing you can find one), and no need to wire vtec components (to keep it simple).

I agree. Unless you just really, really want (insert devil word here), I would go with the H23A1 swap. I got mine for $400. Now thats cheap. Put another $1200 or so dollars into it, and you've got a quick car. And that would add up to a little less than what a normal H22A swap would be. The only thing is that you wouldn't have (insert devil word here).
EDIT: A B-series into a 4th gen accord would be much much less than optimal.
