Is ther an OEM lower tie bar for the 94+ integras?

In the front, yes. In the back. No, only the ITR, and it doesn't fit on anything else.

I did not know there was a OEM lower tie bar??? which year cars have it? I do know about the ITR bar. The reason it will not work on any other car it's because it's welded to the subframe.
