Will the DX TPS mount directly to the ZC without wiring modification? Somewhere during my search I saw the DX wiring needed to be reversed, although I could've sworn that was for another part.

 

I tried it on a B16 (which all MPFI use the same TPS). I couldn't get it to work at all. I tried swaping the green/white and yellow/white wires and tried them normally and I had no luck. I had an xtra TPS and plugged it in and it worked perfect. The DX I got set to .5 volts at closed throttle adn 4.5 volts WOT but it would still throw a CEL as soon as the car started.

 

No because the DPFI ones work the reverse direction the MPFI ones do.

 

Won't fit, the dx ts is also angled differently and won't bolt up correctly. I know cuz I tried when I first started working on Hondas.

 

Thanks for your help and experience to back it up. Guess it's off to the junkyards for me. Good thing I'm trying to research before I actually do the install.
