difference between JDM and US itr linkage

are there any difference between the ITR JDM and US spec shift linkage ?, where the shift lever is a bit wider then the other .
since it seems that the lever i bought from acura dealer US spec is a bit wider then the linkage which is out of a j spec

I believe the jdm one is gold visually. I have been told they feel different but I have yet to experience this on my own.

yeah , mine is gold which is the j spec but i wonder if the shift lever are different ? which i think they are
the jdm is not as wide as the us itr where it mounts to the link
