gear grindin when i put it in rev.
everytime i try to put my car in reverse, the gears grind.....and then it just kinda slips in.....is there something wrong with my flywheel or clutchplate? does anyone else's eg do this?

Make sure youre not rolling at all and just wait a half a second longer than you normally would.

With all Hondas, there's usually a slight *crunch* when put in reverse.
If it's a serious grind, try coming to a complete stop before putting it in reverse

before putting it in reverse....throw it in first or second first..then reverse...
dont remember the reason, but just do that first...it should go into reverse easily...

Yes, you're supposed to come to a complete stop (which stops the output shaft of the transmission), and slip it into a forward gear before selecting reverse (which stops the input shaft). This way, both shafts have stopped moving and it will not grind when the gears mesh.
