Default Power chips for 94 teg ls

I am in the process of getting a turbo kit together for my car, but it is going to be a while b/c I am going back to school in 2 weeks and will need to save money for that, so I have been looking into power chips, for quicker, cheaper power

I plan to put a cold air intake on my car (94 ls 5 speed), and have been looking over chips on ebay, seems to be a Spoon, and a Mugen. Can anyone tell me if these are for real, b/c they are only like 30 bucks on there. I know there are some that are home-made, but I'm talking about the ones that are acutually made spoon or mugen. Supposedly with a good cold air intake, and chip you can gain 10-15 horse, but like 120 bucks for 10-15 horse seems cheap, any info/help??

Both the chips say they increase redline, but I dont really understand how they can do that safely, I still plan on shifting around stock times for my own ease of mind. Ideas on this also??

Don't bother with those Ebay chips. They are nothing but a scam and will probably cause more damage than good.

Thanks adam, are there any chips that I can look for at maybe a website or something?? I'm not real familiar with these honda motors, I was a nissan guy but stumbled on to a 94 integra ls around my town for dirt cheap-$ 2000 (with 140 k miles :-( ), so does anyone have any suggestions for small power adders? It does run suprisingly well already, I have raced a 95 grand prix with a 3100 v6, and a 96 mustang with a 3.8 v6, and won both convincingly, with a bone stock 140 k motor, however I belive the previous owner had it rebuilt, no receipts to show for sure tho.
