Default MMM MMM smell those gas fumes

Ok i tried getting an answer to this a while back with no luck. I think my ecu is fucked. When I turn on the car its fine but after some driving it throws a code 1. Yeah it has a brand new o2 and its putting ou tthe right voltage. The temp will go from cold to warm to cold and just bounce like that randomly. Also, after it throws the CEL it runs REAL rich i can smell the gas and it seems like the injector timing gets thrown too becuase i can hear a miss every so often. Any help? Anyopne someone please. I would just swap ecus but cause i live in the middle of nowhere its not that easy.
