Default Where to buy stock body parts? (quick Question)

Im looking for 98+ front and rear bumpers. Is there any where to buy them brand new? About how much would they be from the dealership? Is there anywhere to buy them on the internet? I want to do the 98 bumper conversion, as you can probably tell, so besides the bumpers and lights, what else will I need?

I will paint them my self. I have lots of paint experience and all of the equipment. Painting them is not an issue, I wasn't even considering finding them in the same color as my car. So does anyone know where to get them brand new?
