Default better traction, what rpm to launch?

in my new teg, im having a hell of a time launching right, ither i burn out and studer along , or i launch to low and takes while to get speed. whats the rpm range you guys launch at in stock gs-r

when i was stock i found that 4 worked good for me, sometimes i would take it to 4.5 an slip the clutch i pulled some 2.2 60's on stock tires like this.

3.5-4k usually works, you can also try lowering your tire psi to about 28 to get more grip.

it seems like it studders, it grips then spins grips then spins. my last car hade 18x7.5 rims and was lowerd i never hade that prob with that car

well i think you had a lot more rubber with those 18s...i launch at 4k and feather it out most of the time and that works for me

There is no telling what range, it all depends on your tires. I tend to have to drop it higher than normal other wise my axels just wheelhop so i prefer to peel out a little more instead of wheel hopping. It all depends on you tires no telling what, man ur better off finding out for yourself.

i launch at 5 then i hold the gas pedal at the same spot and feather off the clutch and then when i feel my tires grip i slam the gas pedal all the way to the floor it works for me all the time

I used to launch at 4k, but since I got falkens, I have to launch at 4.5-4.7k. If not, I bog. try launching a little higher, and slip the clutch.
