3.2 CL-S engine in accord!?!?

3.2 CL-S engine in accord!?!?
I was questionning myself about switching an engine/trans/ecu well all the thing, of an acura 3.2 type S, or just normal, into an 1998-2002 accord V6 ?!
is that possible, anyone ever did that?! with tiptronic trans.

Well I think it should be very possible seeing that they are both V6, the engine bay should yeild about the same about of room. I'm not sure on the mounts though..BOL
