The 03 shares the same hub dimensions as the 01-03 CL, so the front brakes will interchange. The CL (both base and TypeS) and TL use the same 11.8" brakes as the new 6 speed Accord, so they are a lot easier to find in the salvage yards. Should be able to swap on some new rotors, pads, and the used calipers for less than $300 easy...of course I'm not settling for the stock rotors, since I have some 2 piece ones lying around that's what I'm putting on mine...

The rears are not as easy as the CL uses a new design parking brake, with a drum/shoe setup inside the rear rotor...
