I saw a Mugen kit today on a lude, and I'm sold. Forget the Buddy club series, I'm going with either mugen or wings west. Now, my question to you all is. Should I go with the full Mugen kit? (front, sides, and back) or should I go with Mugen rear, and sides, and then put the Wings west RS front lip on? I saw one earlier. And I cant tell which one I like better, the Mugen front or the RS front lip. They both look nice. Only thing that leans me toward Mugen more is that the Mugen from lip is much less common around here than the RS kit. Need yer help! Thx

Why would you put side markers on the kit.. They go on the fenders.. JDM turn signals? is that what your referring to?

I like the greddy, but I like WWRS better. Oh yeah the Mugen kit would definately win in the 1/4 mile.

I'd say get the Mugen sides and rear and the front lip. The Mugen looks 1000x better but you'll scrape even at stock height and fiberglass doesn't take well to dings. I have the Mugen kit now with no turn signals and haven't had a problem for the past 3 years (besides fiberglass cracking from scraping etc.)

I had my shop cut out holes to put my sidemarkers in.. I think it looks good because not many people do it.

I recently swapped in some red accord sidemarkers instead of the orange prelude ones.. looks A LOT better

 

If you got the cash to blow get hte Full mugen. If you don't, get the replica or the rs kit. Both kits look good but Mugen is indeed 100x better both in looks, performance and in style. If your a JDM ***** then go for it

 

i'd say whatever you would like to look at for a while, but IMO.. i think the wwrs lip looks nicer... thats just me..

I've thought about that myself.

One of the main reasons I haven't bought the GENUINE Mugen body kit (nothing else will do... I'm a Mugen *****), is because of the sidemarkers on the bumper and the fact that I think it looks better with JDM fogs instead of the USDM fogs that I have. Oh yeah, and the fact that it is a lot of money for an appearance mod. I know, I know... wind tunnel tested, down force, high quality, blah blah blah... it still is just mainly an appearance mod.

However, now that I've seen the Mugen bumper modified with the stock sidemarkers... I like it! I've never wanted to drill the holes in the fenders for the JDM sidemarkers... just in case I ever wanted to change it back to stock.

Before I got the kit, I would have to get the 17" MF10 Mirrorface rims with some S03s! I don't like the kit with either set of stock rims.

I've never gotten into the appearance mods because I always thought that it shouted... "Hey, look at me! Bling Bling!...STEAL ME!" For that reason I'll probably never get those mods... not even the rims... but it's nice to dream!!
