Im trying to find some polyurethane bushing that I can use for the JDM ITR rear sway bars other than stock. So far, i cannot find someone that makes it, but would i be able to use an energy suspension 23mm front sway bar bushing for the rears?? thanks
the front and rear sway bar bushings are made differently.
just reuse the 22mm rear bushings with the 23mm bar (I did and it worked ok).
apply some marine moly lube and inspect regularly.

We are all sure it works. I've done the same thing.

it's ok.. thanks for your help though. I went ahead and ordered the bushing from suspension.com
http://www.suspension.com/s.b.bushings.htm
energy suspension 23mm sway bar bushing (part # 9-5127).. hopefully that will work.. and cheaper than stock too..(if you include the d brackets)

so..... do you know if that particular ES bushing will work?? should work right?? o well, ordered it already.. bout to find out.
I just called about those and they couldn't tell me if they work or not, I think those are for the Accord. So I tried a search here and came accross this thread. The D brackets measurement look pretty close. Any luck fitting them?
ES Part # 9-5127 (actually a mistake on the web site as 905127) works. I just installed it today with the 23mm sway bar on my GSR.

yes.. i used that exact bushing part for my car. The polyurethane bushing is very stiff.. almost feels like plastic.. but i guess it works.
