the charger had some metal caught inside
It needs some work, the machine shop wanted 600 to fix the baldes
I am now selling it for $2150

now remember that's a full JRSC Type R Kit
with a CRV pulley for extra boost if you choose too.
Also a $569 USD kit for the JR water injection
and also 2 JR gauges (air/fuel and boost)
