Quick whp = nitrous. It's relatively cheap too, compared to some other options. Do a search, you should find all the info you'll need. Good luck.

....Which does about nothing

Nitrous; it's cheap, easy, and fun. Just make sure your motor's in good enough condition to handle it...i.e-compression test.

You don't understand what that does, do you? Your intake manifold is a dual lenth runner manifold. short runners for low-end long runners for better high-end. Don't ask me to explain why that works or flame me if it's short for high-end long for low-end. But, I can tell you all your going to do is sacrifice power!

LOL!

Its probably like re-routing your coolant lines on your throttlebody, or opening your gas cap and closing it again right before the race, or resetting your ECU, or getting aftermarket spark plug wires, or using Iridium spark plugs, or ....

Don't you love these urban legends? Or are they?!

Come on... give him a break. There's plenty of little things you can do that'll add up at the end. Hopefully to a victory.

From the looks of things, with your car being about 13 years old and all, sounds like you need to keep your car maintained properly more than fixing it up. How many miles do you have? If you've got a lot, make sure that your rings are still good and your ignition system is fresh.

Maybe then, you could think about squeezing some NOS.

Neways, good luck to you bro.

Nope, not all of them. The "reset the ECU" thing has been dyno-proven by a reputable/respected member on OBD-II Ludes. I didn't get anything from the Iridium plugs that I umm, er..."borrowed" from my ex-friend's SH, but Rocket's ef-1 (modified Autolites) are also dyno-proven.

There just may be a grain of truth in SOME rumors, don't be too quick to dismiss them all...

Yo Flash, to tell you the truth though, back in the days, I ran a new set of SplitFires over a new set of NGK's and I ran consistently 0.2 sec quicker for about 2 weeks, until the SplitFires wore out. Ain't that the damb'dest thing? I thought I was trippin until I ran a new set again and it actually performed better than the NGK-R's. Too bad when I got my Magnecors, they didn't fit the SplitFires. Oh yeah, that was on the B18B BTW.

he has a 1990, did you read at all???

and are you talking about secondary butterflys like the GSR intake Manifold??? because he has a 90Si like me, which means, B21A1 engine, which in turn means, NO SECONDARIES!!!!!

have fun finding them

and to add to the trouble, the sleeves on that motor are early FRM sleeves, and if the motor wasnt broken in properly then you are fucked and its burning oil, and over time it gets worse and worse, so running nitrous through the motor would be really stupid seeing as its 13 years old, and has that problem.

HP costs money, and with that car and motor there is no such thing as quick hp.

wow, you beat a civic, who hasnt???

you want power, gonna have to put out some money, i know a guy who puts 248 to the wheels on a B20A5 from 1989, with the ludespeed turbo kit, pushing 11psi.

too bad the kit isnt made anymore, but you can still get the Manifold and custom build a kit.

email me if you want some more info
