LED bulbs to replace cluster/climate controls/Etc. How to??

If i wanted to replace the bulbs to my cluster and climate control with LEDs how would i do it? would i have to use a resistor? Any info would be apreciated.

Try IM'ing tonyXcom. I'm pretty sure he did something with LED's in his climate control.
