? for '00-'01 GSRs with JDM/Spoon Headers
I measure the stock cat (flange to flange) and it appeared to be 18 inches long, I have a spoon header - I talked to a couple of places that make/distribute custom cats and they said the one I need is 16.75 inches to 17 inches - is that correct? (cause its non returnable if it don't fit) BTW - the cat is the same on 2 and 4 doors as long as its '00-'01 - thanks

I don't have the answer to your q, but I like your setup

Someone should be able to help you, but if not, someone on the ITR forum should know with all the Header/JDM guys over there...

thanx - but i wanna know 'bout GSR cause i think stock headers/cats could be different sizes/lengths compared to ITRs

I have a JDM ITR header with a GSR exhaust. I had to shorten my racing cat by 3.3 inches. Everything fits nicely and I have had no problems.
