Default Jun P72 ecu

Hey. My buddy sellin his H22a ecu and this guy called and said he'll trade him that for his jun chipped p72 ecu AND cash. SO my friend said i can borrow the p72 one and prolly buy it off him. WHat all does the Jun p72 ecu change thats diff from stock? i know ecu is braught down a bit, and rev limiter is raised (which i have no use for i have stock internals so i'll never go past 8k). I have Intake and Exhaust. Nothing else yet. Does it do anythign w/my fuel to where i'd need a new fuel pump/filter/rail or any of that? Thanks
Eric

The jun chipped ecu will change your vtec crossover point, raise your redline, and has a more aggressive fuel map.

by cross over point im guessing you mean when the 2 stages kick in.. Well i put it in tonight, and i dont feel the first stage much but when 2nd stage hits at 5600... HOLY ****! it seriously throws me back in my seat.

Now what do you mean by more agressive fuel map? low end b4 vtec hits it's got a deeper sound and i dont feel much faster, prolly a lil slower but that may be because im not used to the deeper sound.

If you guys love the Jun program for the P72, we made our own home brew program that works better than that. I used to run a JUN and then an XS program in my P72. We took the good points from those 2 programs and made our own. I'm pretty sure you guys will love it. PM me if you guys are interested.

Yea Ive heard alot of good stuff about the p72 jun ecu so i had to pick it up, i really cant feel the difference becuase my cars already so violent when i drive but all i know is that she still kicks real hard! I was running a mugen chip and made decent power but im gonna put her back on the rollers and see what this jun chips all about, the only thing i realize more is that i shoot out a little more smoke then the mugen chip, probably a little to much fuel so i'll take it down a notch!
