The T3/TO4E with the .63 A/R housing should work fine. My brother is using that setup with 11 psi currently. (errr... crap.... I'm like 99% sure it's a .63 A/R.. i forget now)
those two turbo are pretty similiar, i think the major differents will be where would you make more power. a .82 a/r would give you more top end and a .63 a/r would give you more power on the bottom end. Hope that help if I'm wrong probably someone else will let me know "flame suit on"
The .82 is going to flow more air, thus leaving room for alot of growth on your top end, but naturally, it will take longer to build pressure flowing that much air.
What you probobally need to look at are the your personal goals for the car. If you plan on building the hell out of the bottom end and running obscene amounts of boost, get the .82. You might need a shot of juice to spool it up, but hey...
The biggest turbo I have seen on a Prelude kit is a t3-t04e at about .63, so that might be something to look at. Revhard claims their .63 t04e is efficent to 450 hp, so that will probobally be more than enough. Assuming you won't be running over 450 hp. If you do, come get me! I wonna ride!
