We got it!

SpeedTrialUSA is holding a lapping day Friday, August 15, at GingerMan Raceway in South Haven, MI. Since this is such short notice, registration will be at the track only. Instruction will be provided, but will be a little harder to come by. So call in sick or get the time off and come out to GingerMan with us for a good time!



This event is $125 (cash or checks please) for the day which includes intstruction for those that need/want it and also your tech inspection. We will be running our groups in 20 minute sessions, so you will have more track time than you will know what to do with! Arrive at the track at 7:30am, Drivers meeting at 8:30 am, first session begins at 9am.

Yeah, I already apologized to Ryan about that. Robert, aka Flagstand Bob, sent me out just ahead of Ryan, the yellow Lotus 7 Replica and the green Trans Am after they were already up to speed. I was just on my first warm-up lap!

We are still holding an event October 11 too. Also, I'm working with another guy to get October 12 so we can make a weekend out of it.

Well if someone has a spair s2000 seat and a 5 point harness bring em with you and I will gladly give rides all day! Im too damn cheap to buy my own passenger seat hehe

 

Ohh...new suspension and brakes are on their way. I think my car might finally be ready again.

 

If I can get a set of 15x7's by then, I'll bring my mostly worn 225/45-15 hoosiers (oh, and pick up the other two from mike in WI).

Saturday, October 11 will be $135. I'm still working with the other party that purchased Sunday and once the details are available, I'll let you know. I'm sure it will be pretty close to what our event costs.



It sounds like GingerMan is having a practice night the Thursday night before the 15th. I'm going to try and get up there for that as well.

How much is the practice night? Is that like their 'test and tune' days?

 

Yea its 5:30 till dusk and its 50 bucks.. well worth it.

Oh yea, whos ugly S2k is that in backround of the above pic?

 

I would guess its just a test and tune. They generally have them (t&t) tues, wed, and thurs
for 60 bucks (it used to be 50 ).

I've been to a few CGI schools this year by myself. I just can't make it to any of the ones you gus are at. Something always seems to come up.
