?'s about JDM ITR ECU's

Does the JDM ITR (ECU) have a rev litmiter or fuel cut-off of around 140 mph?

It has a speed governer at around 112 MPH.

That explains why @ about 130 mph it yanked me back in my seat. Oh well. Guess I gotta wait until I get Yoshio to tune my ECU for me when my Toda stuff comes.
