Default Oil in the Combustion Chamber.

Ok i got some oil in my combustion chamber. What happened is that i have a bad "O" ring on my valve cover, so oil feel thru to my spark plugs. And i didnt notice it until i pulled out my #1 Cyl. spark plug and oil was all over the plug. So some feel in i know cause my car runs funny at Idel. Now my question is how bad is this? I know not alot fell in, will it just burn out over time? And my next question is should i take off the head and clean everything? What would you guys suggest. Its on a B18C. Thanks.
