Wasup Honda-Tech.com I love this site been looking at this site for the longest. Never came to the prelude part of this site tho. Today im here for a very good reason. I am getting a PRELUDE! WOOOO HOOO, any how. Its a 1989 Honda Prelude 2.0SI 4WS. For 200/300 $. My father's mechanic looked at it and said it needs some work cause it smokes. He said he can get the work done for 600$ and it will be in good condition. It runs but hesitates to start sometimes and jumps sometimes. Anyhow. I was wondering if this is a good candidate for drag/autox. Reguardless of answers i am still going to get it cuz i need it for mroe than just that. Its i like to do that also so i would like to add that to my to do list for this lude. Any how. What are some good motor's that will fit in this type of car with lil or no mods in it. I would like to go Turbo or SC but turbo most likely. Please give feed back and thanx. Nice site keep up the good work u Guru's.

For $900 I'd try to get a car that doesn't smoke. Also if you went with a civic you would have a lighter car for auto-x.

A smoking car is just going to nickle and dime you to death.

Look for another car.
