bad shake when under a load from 1 mph to 70 mph

bad shake when under a load from 1 mph to 70 mph
I have a integra 95 GSR and when punch the gas it shakes but only when under a load. No matter if i go slow 1Mph or 70 Mph only when i punch. And i give up.
i changed all spark plugs and cap ,spark plug cables also.
Any Ideas ???????

ur not bein too descriptive, but say you were starting o going very slow and in second gear, your rpms will drop and ur car will tend to shake.

could be a bunch of things that were mentioned...motor mounts, axles...maybe one of the weight on your front wheels fell off and need to be balanced...
