those are the clips for a dsm or clips for honda b series motors!? thanks

 

They are from a old gen civic.

 

will the turbo run as is? or does the shaft HAVE to be balanced? where/how can i get that done? How much will it cost?

 

The turbo will run as it is, but with the new bearing and gasket in place, you might as well have the shaft balanced. That way you know it will last and it is with in spec. Last time I checked, prices for balancing and shaft cleaning was from $65 to $100.
