Ladies and Gentlemen:

Greetings from Ohio! Thank you to everyone who attended the most recent event at Gingerman July 19-20. It was a great time for all. The next few months will provide for plenty of NASA OH/IN events and some great track time! Here are some of the events that are coming up. We hope you can make it out for some fun!

August 9-10 at Nelson Ledges Road Course:

Nelson Ledges has made some improvements as of late that have helped the facilities at this very fast 2 mile course. They include: Work on the bathrooms and flush facilities, the front entrance is now 2 lanes, all areas are mowed often, fences are improved and weeded, drainage systems have been cleaned and improved, access roads from the paddock to pit lane have been leveled and regraveled, painting, and more. Last year portions of the track surface were repaved. This did help to improve the track and it smoothed out quite a bit. Our event will be a HPDE, 200 mile Enduro, and Triple Sprint race. Plenty of track time for all, with perhaps our most complete instructor core yet! It is titled, "The Ohio State Championships". While not a points race for all MWRRC race groups, it is a three race championship weekend! Late entry fees have been postponed until the day of the event. Please sign up early.

August 30-September 1 at BeaveRun Motorsports Complex:

Having been built in the summer of 2002, this road course is in very new condition. Featuring 1.6 miles, 12 turns, and elevation changes, BeaveRun makes for a challenging ride. Our event will be a three day affair, with packages available for 1, 2, or 3 days. It will feature a HPDE all three days, Double Sprint Races Saturday and Sunday, and a 100 mile enduro on Labor Day. Our HPDE groups filled up for this track at our May 10-11 event, so get signed up soon!

September 27-28 BeavRun Motorsports Complex: HPDE and 3 hour enduro
October 11-12 Putnam Park Road Course: HPDE and Double Sprint Race

There will also be a flagging and communications clinic at Nelson Ledges late Friday Aug 8 and Early Aug 9. Those who go through the clinic and work the event will receive $75 credit toward NASA OH/IN events!
