eclipse 450 injectors?
my friend has a turbo eclipse that he's building and he's changing out his injectors and will hook me up cheap with his stock 450's. ground zero in portland tells me that they would work but it would be easier to go with (370's i think...) so i'm just curious about what would be best to do. i'm running ctr pistons, skunk2 stage 2 cams, skunk2 valvetrain, skunk2 intake mani and i/h/e, hondata ecu is on the way so i think i could adjust things to work with the 450's but i'm not sure. this motor is not running yet buy the way. i'm trying to get all my parts together before i tare into it. so if anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated. thanks
yea i'm thinking i want the tranni. i'm just trying to look around more to make sure i'm getting a good deal. your price isn't bad its just alot of money for me to buy the first thing that comes my way. i got your number so i will be giving you a call soon. thanks.
It'll make your tuning much more difficult. Not worth it IMO. If he's going to give them to you for dirt cheap, like $25, I would take the deal and resell them... they are a hot item for boosted hondas.
dude ground zero is a ******* joke, don't listen to them, back in the day about 5-6 years ago they did a zc swap for a kid with a crx and I remember it took the kid $3500 aftere all was said and done just to get it running right, and all that was wrong was the firing order. Ever since then all I've ever heard was jokes about them.
Don't put 450's in a non-boosted car. Your fuel maps in the ecu are going to make it run like crap.
