I'm looking for a fairly loud bov so people know what's up haha. Something that I can adjust to be either fairly quiet or loud as fawk. What is everyone's favorite bov and how's it sound?

i love how loud the turbo XS RFL is...the HKS SSQV is also badass...

why do you want to know what they sound like?? as long as they work thats the important part. just get a 1st gen DSM youll be happy with it

 

dude, i like the bov they had in the fast n furious, i went out and got the electric super charger and bought that bov so that i could blow off every time i saw a pimped out ride y0, oh yeah, the electric supercharge gave me 30 whp, what a perfect investment , i recommend it

is it seriously that hard to answer a question w/o making fun of someone for being a "ricer"? obviously this guy has a turbo, not just some obx muffler on his car, and i would be really fuggin pissed if i bought a bov that sounded like my 88 year old chain-smoker grandma coughing. personally, i like the greddy type s. i think the hks ss is a little harsh sounding

actually look at his mod list...no turbo there...looks like hes peicing somethin together..starting with a bov

best bov....its all a matter of oppinion...i prefter a woosh rather a ear piercing screech...i hate that..i got like 500 dsms around me with only bovs for mods and they play with the gas so it goes off like 50 times goin down a side street

my bov has a resignating tip...

 

Someone seriously has to get a sound clip of a BOV with one of those "whizzer" thingy's. You know, you blow into them and they make a really loud whizzing noise.

I heard a few people doing this, but have never heard one yet.

i've got the apexi twin chamber...haven't got my turbo yet...but i can't wait to put it all on

Ummm you asked about the BOV sound, not about which is a quality blow off valve that fits your needs... and you didn't search first... so expect to get some **** from people that are tired of reading these repetitive posts over and over by trial users.
