Default GSR and non-GSR tranny differences?

Like the title say, what's the diffenrences between the two? I've just bought a civic with a "suppose to be" 95 GSR swap. But when my friend who has a GSR drove it he said that my car have a LS tranny instead of the GSR. Is there any physical differences that I can tell from looking at tranny beside the gear ratio. Thanks!!

Any physical differences. If there were a LS tranny sitting on the floor right next to a GSR tranny, can you tell the different? Thanks. BTW I think my car do 60 mph at 3K rpm thought.

not sure about physical differences, but if your in 5th going 80, you should be right at 4k. a ls tranny would be somewhere roughly around 3.5k at 80
