Help me out I need a walbro 255 high pressure for either an integra , civic or crx. Since you can make them fit in any car

im running a d16y8 with a greddy turbo , which pump should i get , and what does the stock 99 civic fuel pump , pump out. im thinkin the 255 i dont think i need the high pressure
