last night we were wrenching on my friends first gen crx that has bad bad bad brakes, and my brother thought "i wonder if those old 91 si rotors and calipers will work on this", so he tried them, and they did. the rotors are bigger(we just got brand new ones), and the calipers are bigger(the crx was a dx carbed, i dont know about the si's) and everything bolted up......we had to use the 91 si caliper mounts though. has anyone else done this? BTW, this car now stops GREAT

 

Yep, I have 91 CRX DX front brakes on my 87 CRX... killer.

I have heard the 92-95 EX/Si front brakes fit, as well. A bud is resting right now and will have pics soon.

84-87 DX and Si front brakes are the same, fyi.
