A guy in my town wants to sell a set of wheels. He said that they were bronze volk te37. This might be a stupid question, but how can you tell the difference between real volk te 37 and other replicas like rotas. Thanks in advance.

 

blue valve stems, volk/rays stickers on the back, weight

 

inside the wheel around the hub it has "Made In Japan" and "RE MFG" rasied/etched on the wheel. you can only see this when the wheel is off the car! if it doesnt have it then they are not real.

 

All of those are good ways to tell, but the best and quickest
way to tell, the lug holes are offset from the spokes.

 

what size are we talking about here? one of the ways is the "made in japan" on the back, but that is useless if the wheel has been re-done. the stickers and valve stems dont go anywhere. people buy it and can put them on. you can try the sticker on the back....or weight??
