Non VTEC B18B1 EG 1/4 times ?
i have a buddy who went 15.03 dont remeber the mph but his was an si, all stock except the motor(b18b)tranny(ls) and a greddy cat back, hope this helps, they say thet the ls and b16 should run very simmilar in the 1/4 mine runs 14.4 and 96mph in a cx hatch i/h /stcok exhaust
First and only time at the track so far I ran was a 15.3xx 89 almost 90MPH trap speed with b16 tranny, 2 1/4-inch piping. No intake or header. 2.4 60's on Kumho Ecsta 712s. I have a 93 DX hatch.
also forgot to mention my timing was at 12 degrees, LOL. Now it's fixed and is at around stock 16 degrees. Hopefully next time I will be able to hit high 14s'.

Why people think the LS and the B16 are similar in the 1/4 mile is, and will always be, a mystery to me. One of my friend is running a B16A2 out of a Del Sol in his 93 VX hatch. He has 3" exhaust (going turbo) and no other mods. Stock down to the intake and header. Engine has 100k miles on it also. He is turning 14.3 @ 98mph on streets. I wouldn't expect much more then high 14's out of an LS engine in the same chassis.

my friend ran a 14.49 in a 93 DX on 16 inch enkei's 95 LS I/H/E AEM Cam Gears, Clutch Specialty CLutch/ Flywheel, Nology Wires /AEM FPR / AND RAIL 45 PSI/ he had nitrous but never ran it at the tracks becuase the pit check didnt let him he didnt have the nitrou drop down or someshit but im guessin like 13.6 / a 60 shot cause he ran a turbo 96 CIVIC ls turbo and the civic ran a 13.8 at the track previous. they ran illegall and the hatch barely beated the CIVIC but it won.

93 civic coupe DX with bone stock LS motor, filter on the throttle body due to lack of stock intake. skunk2 cam gears that arent tuned, ITR B-pipe, straight pipe, gsr muffler. runnin on 15' 205-50R15 yoko avs es100's

I ran a 15.0@93mph.....better traction and i'll be in the 14s!
my buddy Trooper has a 92 si with a stock bottom end b18b, milled head (.050), some broke *** old school gude cams, clutchmaster stg 4, b16 trans and the JDM replica DC ceramic header 2.5 in collector with beat down 2.25 sebring muffler.... went 14.0 twice on Falken Azenis at Pomona.
440 cc DC headers allway back no cat 3 inch exit
16.9. with radials at 79mPH just wendsday 1at time out a track and I sent it 7g shift all way
