Default J&S Safeguard Install on OBD0

I installed my J&S classic this weekend. I have a 91 PR4 Zdyne ECU. Im having problems being able to start the car. When I try to start it it just cranks and i get a CEL code 15 (Ignition Output Signal). If i connect the igniter (pin B17) wire back it starts fine?

I cut the wire (B17) and connected the green wire to the ECU (pin B17) and the white wire going to the distributor? I have power and ground. Can anyone shed a light? Any help is greatly appreciated.

did you have it hooked up backwards? i did that, but it was because the connector to the J&S had the color coded wires installed wrong

nah... my igniter was pin b15 and b17 somewhere along its route to the distributor it becomes one wire. Well if i would've tapped it where it was still 1 wire I would've been fine. Since I tapped it by the ecu I needed to cut b15 and b17 joined it with the IN line from the safeguard and joined the other 2 going to the distributor with the OUT line. Worked perfect.
