Which clutch to buy and from where?

Which clutch to buy and from where?
OK i think my clutch is about to go because my car sounds really messed up in first when i have my foot on it and its ok when its not. Well anyways. Yeah, the mechanic i am getting it fixed at says the clutch he is going to get and drop in is going to cost $230. Installed i believe. I was wonder if i should go with this or if i should get a aftermarket clutch? If aftermarket, which one, how much, and if you know, where to buy it from. Thanks. I am getting it fixed on monday so give me your opinions as soon as possible.
