Okay, today I was carefully inspecting the turbo,and guess what I see, the holes for the downpipe that are on the turbo's exhaust side are rusted to hell, and a few of them are stripped!? I have a Turbonetics T3/T4 Ceramic Ball Bearing. I poked through the hole and a few of them seem to go straight through into the turbo. If I retap it i'm afraid shavings will tear up the inside..

Someone please help!

 

Take the turbine housing off and then retap, no?

 

Yup, take off the turbine housing and retap the holes.
