Default crank pulley torquing

i have 95 accord v6 2.7l and wonder how i'm going to torque the pulley bolt if my torque wrench is inside the wheel well. It requires 181 lbs and so how i'm going to get enough leverage if the torque wrench is inside the wheel well? I don't think i can torque it from the hood down cuz of space problem nor can I do it from bottom up cuz i don't have a lift. I can only do it from the side with wheel remove.

Is it wise to use a fairly good ratched wrench with a long pipe to break the crank pulley bolt? Would that mess up the ratched mechanism?

I used a 6ft pipe on a 1/2 drive ratchet, no problems. And if its a good ratchet, like craftsman it'll have a lifetime guarantee so you could just get a new one if you break it somehow
