is that it? Would a z6 block benifit from the y5 head because of the roller rockers and bigger vtec lobe... But i also read that there are only two lobes per valve instead of three like the normal vtec engines... Also what does the comb. chamber look like... is it built for higher or lower comp.?

 

i have no idea, i hate sohc

 

i know "everyone" usually does.... but this is my new project... not to many people know much about the sohc... I wanna learn...

 

There is nothing wrong with SOHC. As long as you are happy with it then it is good. If you want it to be at all fast, you must go turbo!!!
